DAY 1: ARRIVAL FOR OUR SAFARI
Upon arrival you will be welcomed by Embrace Africa gorilla vacation representative who will transfer you to your hotel. Time allowing you will be briefed about your safari. Overnight Entebbe central inn, Airport guest house, Protea Hotel.
DAY 2: DRIVE TO SEMLIKI NATIONAL PARK
After a good night’s rest enjoys your breakfast and hit the road to semliki national park. The park awesome scenery coupled with a wealth of habitats ranging from Riparian forests, rain forests to short and high grass savannah which explains it diversity of species. It is also known for its night game drive that reward you with night time dwellers like leopards , hyenas, the white tailed mongoose and slender mongoose, standard and pennant winged nightjars, and many more. DAY 3: NATURE WALK IN SEMLIKI NATIONAL PARK
After breakfast head into the gorgeous gallery rainforest for a nature walk where you may catch a glimpse of the wild chimpanzees among other primates that habit this place. There are also a number of bird species which are found in this charming forest. Retire from the nature walk and return to the lodge.
Day 3: Game Drive Safari in the Semliki national park and after transfer to Queen Elizabeth national park
Early morning game drives in Semliki Game reserve and later transfer to Queen Elizabeth national park, the most popular national park in Uganda for its diversity of species. Journey through the attractive green countryside eventually climbing the Western Rift Valley to Fort Portal then continue to Queen Elizabeth National Park with a stopover at the equator in Kasese. Take an afternoon game drive in the Kasenyi plains where you may spot big games like Uganda Kob, bush bucks, Buffalo, elephant lion,leopard and many more. Day 4: Morning Chimpanzee Tracking and a boat cruise in the afternoon
A new day in the pearl of Africa with the sounds of the wild. Prepare for a chimpanzee trek in the Kyambura gorge forest or Karinju forest reserve with a chance of seeing chimpanzees among other primates that inhabit the forest. Later return to the lodge for lunch. After launch you will head for the boat cruise on the kazinga channel. On this magical cruise you get to get up close with the wild life that come for an afternoon water drink including the biggest school of hippos, crocodiles, among other animals roaming on the shores and the different bird species.
Day 5: Transfer Back To Kampala
Early morning breakfast and check out of the lodge. We will enjoy a game drive as we make our way out of the park and return to Kampala.
