5 Days Rwand-Uganda Gorilla, Golden Monkey trekking trip

DAY 1: ARRIVAL KIGALI INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT AND TRANSFER To VOLCANOES NATIONAL PARK

Arrival and transfer to Volcanoes national park in Rwanda on the slopes of the Virunga Volcanoes. The densely forested slopes are home to the mountain gorillas golden monkeys Buffaloes and much more. Overnight Davinci lodge

DAY 2: PARC NATIONAL DES VALCANS – GOLDEN MONKEY TREKKING
After a briefing at the park headquarters in the morning, leave all the civilization behind as you take on the jungle in search of the endangered golden monkeys. We spend an hour with them and we return to the lodge for lunch and after transfer to bwindi impenetrable national park in Uganda. Overnight Mulehe Safari Lodge

DAY 3: BWINDI IMPENETRABLE NATIONAL PARK – GORILLA TRACKING
Early morning after breakfast, with your packed lunch head for the park headquarters for briefing about the dos and don’ts before you emback on your ultimate gorilla tracking experience. After tracking if you are really not tired you can go for Batwa village walk, The Batwa are the indigenous pygmy people that lived in bwindi and mgahinga forests before they were made national parks. Otherwise return to the lodge for relaxation. .

DAY 4: MGAHINGA GORILLA NATIONAL PARK. OPTIONAL ACTIVITIES; GORILLA/GOLDEN MONKEY TRACKING,VOLCANO HIKE,BATWA TRAIL,
This is a day of options, you can go for a second gorilla or Golden monkey tracking, Hike the Sabinyo volcano which leads you to the border of the three countries of Uganda,Rwanda and Congo, or you hike the Batwa trail which exposes you to the way they lived in the jungle. Return to the lodge for afternoon relaxation

DAY 5: TRANSFER TO RWANDA
After breakfast checkout and return to Kigali where you will be transferred to the airport to catch your flight back home or for your next destination.
